1. Eligibility for Returns
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Initiating a Return
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RMA number and a copy of your purchase receipt in the package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
